      ERG Kłobuck SA (Joint-Stock Company) is the biggest manufacturer of disposable syhnges in Poland and one of the biggest in Europę. It is located in Kłobuck, near Częstochowa, about 220 kilometers from Warsaw and 60 kilometers from Katowice. Company was established in 1972 as Plastics Manufacturing Plant ERG. Till 1990 the company manufacturedI injection products for household and for automotive industry. In the end of 80's the Polish government madę a decision about starting in Kłobuck single use syringes production. The first syringes were produced in 1990 and gradually became the planfs main product In 1999, in accordance with the state companies privatization and commercialization act, the company ownership has changed. Since then the company is private owned.

       Nowadays, the company employs about 150 people. ERG is constantly developing. ERG has also three chambers for finał product sterilization with EO (26 cubic meters each) and 2500 square meters of clean room area class 10000/100000. ERG has also the *tUi quarantine and finał products warehouse with the surface of 3500 square meters.

      ERG sells the products in Poland and other European countries.The company has distributors in Germany, Spain, Ukrainę, Serbia, Slovenia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Latvia Estonia, Lithuania, Slovakia and others. ERG is also OEM producer for a few western companies.

production with fully automated machines in clean room;

ERG Kłobuck has the Certificate of Compliance with standards of ISO 13485:2003 and EN 550. ERG's products are CE certified as proof of their production compliance with guality management system and reguirements of the European directive for medical devices 93/42/EEC and many other harmonized standards.

ERG's assortment of disposable medical devices are:

two- piece sterile disposable syringes 2 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml and 20 ml;
three-piece sterile disposable syringes 1 ml, 50 ml and 100 ml;
sterile disposable syringes with needles;
sterile hypodermic needles for single use;
intravenous catheters/Cannulas (with/without injection port, with/without wings);
mandrins/obturators;
Ergoloops;
transfusion set;
infusion set and suture materials.

The Quality Management System is certified and is being constantly controlled and improved. The main System's document is The Ouality Manuał which determines the system of processes taking place within the company and the connections between them. The course of processes is reflected in the system's procedures and instructions which precisely define the character of regulations in order to identify the process and the product being manufactured.
